Meet Baby’s breath
Each branching stem carries many tiny flowers. A bunch’s fullness tells you more about its look than the stem count alone.

Tuck a little between the main flowers. Leave one side open for an airier look, with the baby’s breath drifting through the bouquet.
When they arrive
Remove branches below the waterline and loosen any that are packed tight or damp. To dry a little bunch, hang it somewhere dry with good airflow.
