Meet Veronica
Tiny flowers run along a narrow spike. It’s the line of the whole stem that gives veronica its character.
Make the most of your vase
Thread a few stems between round flowers. Leave the tips a little higher so you can see their fine lines.
When they arrive
Remove submerged leaves and clear away any flowers or foliage that fall into the water. Leave room around the tips so they don’t snap when you change the water.

Use a medium vase for a mixed bunch, or a narrow one to hold a few veronica stems apart on their own.
